# AnchorProof

AnchorProof is an offline Android app from Anvilfield for post-installed concrete and masonry anchor special inspection.

## What It Does

- Stores projects, anchor sets, ESR product presets, anchor rows, inspections, deficiencies, routes, and reusable templates locally.
- Judges measured embedment, edge distance, spacing, hole diameter, and member thickness against user-entered ESR values.
- Classifies continuous or periodic inspection from anchor type, load direction, sustained load, and orientation.
- Flags the certified adhesive-anchor installer requirement for horizontal or upward sustained-tension adhesive anchors.
- Logs hole-cleaning sequence, adhesive lot, expiration, temperature, and cure time.
- Builds a proof-load sample plan and records target load, hold time, and held or slipped results.
- Captures a local signature and exports a signed PDF inspection record.
- Uses optional photos only when the inspector attaches evidence to a deficiency.

## Privacy

No account, no ads, no analytics, and no Anvilfield backend. Inspection records, ESR presets, signatures, photos, and settings stay on the device unless the user exports, prints, or shares a file.

## Safety

AnchorProof is a field inspection and recordkeeping aid. It does not compute anchor capacity and does not replace the EOR, AHJ, product ESR, or manufacturer's printed installation instructions.
