Weld Settings Calculator & Log, branded in the app as ArcSet, saves weld setting cards, filler notes, heat checks, and job logs for offline shop and field work.

Data stored on device

The app stores records, settings, photos or files that you create for the workflow. Records stay on your device unless you choose to export, print, save, or share them.

ArcSet requests camera access only when you tap Attach photo. If allowed, it stores the photo path locally with the settings card and may include the photo in an export you choose to share. Camera access is optional; if you deny or cancel it, lookup, saving, and export continue without a photo. ArcSet does not upload photos to Anvilfield.

No Anvilfield account or backend

The app does not create an Anvilfield account, does not sync to an Anvilfield backend, and does not sell personal data.

Included access

The launch app is free. It has no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK.

Sharing

When you use Android share, print, save, mail, or browser actions, the destination you choose handles the file or link under its own policy.

Retention and deletion

Working records remain on your device until you delete them in the app where supported, clear the app's local storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Anvilfield does not retain a server-side copy because the app has no Anvilfield account or backend. Files you export or share remain with the destination you chose until you delete them there.

Security

Working records use Android app-scoped storage and the security controls of your device. The app does not transmit project records to Anvilfield. Protect access to your device and review the security and privacy terms of any app or service you choose for exported files.
