BlindSide Spark DC Privacy Policy

Summary

BlindSide Spark DC is a field aid for membrane and liner holiday survey records. The app has no backend, no accounts, no ads, and no telemetry. Project data is stored on the device.

Data Stored On The Device

The app stores project name, site, client, GC, area, membrane spec, panel setup, holiday records, patch and re-test notes, photo paths, inspector name, signature image, exported survey keys, entitlement cache, and app settings. This data stays on the device unless you choose to export, share, print, email, or back it up.

Camera And Photos

The app requests camera access so you can scan a printed label or attach holiday evidence photos. The camera is not used to measure membrane thickness, voltage, grounding, or leaks. Photos are used for the survey record and export package.

Purchases

Pro purchase and restore actions use Google Play Billing in Play-installed builds. Google may process purchase information under Google Play terms. The app stores only the local entitlement state needed to unlock Pro features. Project backup files do not transfer Pro entitlement.

Exports

The app can create PDF, CSV, and JSON files. Those files leave the device only when you choose an Android share, print, email, Drive, or backup action. The app does not upload those files to Anvilfield.

Network

The app does not include the Android internet permission. It does not send project data to Anvilfield.

Deleting Data

You can clear the local record from Settings. You can also remove app data using Android system settings.
