Silt Fence Takeoff: SWPPP Bid Privacy Policy

Silt Fence Takeoff: SWPPP Bid, branded in the app as BMP Takeoff DC, is an offline construction takeoff app published by Anvilfield.

Data Anvilfield Does Not Collect

The app has no Anvilfield account, backend, cloud sync, advertising, or analytics. Anvilfield does not collect, sell, or automatically share your project records, business or recipient contact details, plan images, photos, costs, quantities, or exports.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores project and client names; your optional company, contact, address, phone, email, and license fields; optional general-contractor and foreman recipient fields; plan references and images; traced points; quantities; unit costs; scope notes; pay-period quantities; evidence photos; settings; whether the single free bid export has been used; and local Pro status on your device.

Plan Files, Photos, And Exports

Imported plan images and attached photos stay on your device unless you choose to share, print, export, or back them up. When Android shows a share or print destination, the app you select handles the files under its own policy.

Purchases And Network Use

Google Play Billing handles optional Pro purchases and restores. Google may process purchase and account data under Google's policies. Anvilfield does not receive your payment-card number. The takeoff and export workflow has no Anvilfield network dependency; purchase and restore checks may require Google Play and a network connection.

Deletion

Delete projects in the app, delete exported files with your file manager, clear app storage, or uninstall the app to remove the local data you control.

Children

This app is intended for construction professionals and is not directed to children.
