Cable IR Test Record is an offline cable insulation-resistance record app for Android published by Anvilfield.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app stores jobs, cable tags, readings, verdicts, notes, tester initials, meter-display photos, app settings, and the local Pro entitlement cache on your device.
Data you enter may include job names, client names, cable tags, tester initials, notes, and photos. Keep project and client confidentiality rules in mind before sharing an export.
Data Sent From The App
Cable IR Test Record has no Internet permission. It does not create an account, use an Anvilfield backend, sync to a cloud service, run analytics, show ads, or send telemetry.
Pro purchase and restore use Google Play Billing when the app is installed from Google Play. Google processes purchase and restore requests under Google Play terms and policies.
Exports are created on the device and shared only when you choose a share target. The destination you choose receives that exported file.
Camera
The app uses the camera only when you choose to attach a photo of an instrument display to a reading. You can record readings without attaching photos.
Data Sharing
Anvilfield does not sell data. Anvilfield does not receive or share your local jobs, cable tags, readings, verdicts, notes, tester initials, or meter-display photos unless you choose to send an export or support request.
Data Deletion
To delete data, delete the job, use Clear local records in Settings, clear the app storage in Android, or uninstall the app. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.
Field-Aid Limit
This app is a field aid. It does not run a test, set or control an instrument, approve energization, or replace the project specification, qualified person, authority having jurisdiction, or governing standard.
Children
Cable IR Test Record is a professional field tool and is not directed to children.
