Line Clearance Inspection Log is built by Anvilfield. The app is a field documentation aid for utility vegetation crews.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores jobs, spans, in-app photos, GPS coordinates, GPS accuracy, device time, notes, settings, and export history locally. Exported files are written only to destinations the user selects.

Data Shared By The App

Line Clearance Inspection Log does not upload your data to an Anvilfield server. The app has no account system and no backend sync.

When you choose to export, Android may show the system share sheet. You control which app or destination receives the PDF, JPEG, CSV, JSON, or ZIP files.

If you buy or restore Pro, Google Play handles the purchase transaction. The app stores the local entitlement state needed to show unlocked features; Anvilfield does not receive job or purchase-account data from the app.

Google Play In-App Review may show a system review prompt after a successful export. Line Clearance Inspection Log does not see the rating, review text, or Google account.

Permissions

Camera is used to capture BEFORE and AFTER span photos.

Location is used to record latitude, longitude, and accuracy for span proof. If location is denied or unavailable, capture still works and the packet labels the location state honestly.

Network

The core app does not need network access for capture, calculation, sealing, or export. Buying or restoring Pro uses Google Play and is separate from field capture.

Deletion

You can delete a job in the app to remove that local job, its spans, and in-app span photos from the phone. You can delete exported files with your file manager. You can remove all app data by clearing storage or uninstalling the app.

Security

Working records use Android app-scoped storage and your device's security controls. Line Clearance Inspection Log does not transmit jobs, GPS coordinates, notes, or photos to Anvilfield. Exported copies are protected and retained by the destination you choose.

Android cloud backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled for the app database and files.
