Clearance Proof Privacy Policy

Clearance Proof is built by Anvilfield. The app is a field documentation aid for utility vegetation crews.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores the jobs, spans, photos, GPS coordinates, GPS accuracy, device time, notes, export files, and settings you enter or capture. This data stays in the app storage on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Data Shared By The App

Clearance Proof does not upload your data to an Anvilfield server. The app has no account system and no backend sync.

When you choose to export, Android may show the system share sheet. You control which app or destination receives the PDF, JPEG, CSV, JSON, or ZIP files.

If you buy or restore Pro, Google Play handles the purchase transaction. Clearance Proof stores only the local Pro state needed to keep the unlocked features available on the phone.

Google Play In-App Review may show a system review prompt after a successful export. Clearance Proof does not see the rating, review text, or Google account.

Permissions

Camera is used to capture BEFORE and AFTER span photos.

Location is used to record latitude, longitude, and accuracy for span proof. If location is denied or unavailable, capture still works and the packet labels the location state honestly.

Network

The core app does not need network access for capture, calculation, sealing, or export. Buying or restoring Pro uses Google Play and is separate from field capture.

Deletion

You can delete a job in the app to remove that local job, its spans, and in-app span photos from the phone. You can delete exported files with your file manager. You can remove all app data by clearing storage or uninstalling the app.
