DeckCheck DC Privacy Policy

Effective June 4, 2026.

DeckCheck DC is an offline fall-clearance field-check app by Anvilfield. It does not require an account, login, Anvilfield backend, analytics SDK, ads SDK, remote config, or sync service.

Data stored on your device

The app stores your harness profile, device entries, saved rigs, settings, generated fall plans, optional reference photos, optional signatures, and optional exported files on your device. If you enter a client name, bay name, qualifier name, reference photo, or signature, that information is also stored on your device.

Data shared by the app

DeckCheck DC does not send your data to Anvilfield. When you tap share, Android may send the generated PDF, CSV, or ZIP to the app you choose, such as email, Drive, Gmail, or print. That share is user-initiated.

Purchases

If you buy Pro, Google Play Billing processes the purchase. DeckCheck DC stores a local entitlement so Pro features can keep working offline. Google Play terms and privacy policy govern payment processing.

Permissions

DeckCheck DC uses Play Billing for purchases and Android share intents for export. Reference photos are selected or captured by user action and stay local unless you share an export. Camera or photo picker access is only used when you tap the photo controls. The app does not request location, contacts, microphone, notifications, all-files access, exact alarms, advertising ID, analytics, ads, or remote config.

Delete local data

You can remove local app data through Android system settings by clearing DeckCheck DC storage or uninstalling the app. Generated files shared to other apps must be deleted in those apps.

Safety scope

DeckCheck DC is a field-check aid, not a stamped lift plan or engineered fall-protection plan. The qualified person, manufacturer instructions, local rules, and the engineered plan govern.
