DGA Bottle Chain of Custody Privacy Policy

DGA Bottle Chain of Custody is an offline field documentation app from Anvilfield.

Data stored on the device

The app stores route names, unit IDs, nameplate details, bottle IDs, oil temperature entries, GPS coordinates, timestamps, bottle photos, signatures, custody notes, firm settings, and local purchase entitlement cache on the device.

Data shared by the user

The app exports PDF, CSV, JSON, and ZIP files only when the user chooses to share or save them. The app does not upload route data to an Anvilfield server.

Permissions

Camera is used to capture bottle photos. Location is used to stamp a bottle record with GPS. Storage managed by the app is used for exports, photos, and signatures.

Purchases

Paid access uses Google Play Billing. Google processes the purchase. The app stores a local entitlement cache so Pro features continue to work offline.

Delete local data

The Settings screen includes a control to clear local route records on the device. The app cannot delete files the user already exported or shared outside the app.
