DrainPass Roof Terms

DrainPass Roof is published by Anvilfield. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a field aid for roof slope, cricket, ponding-test, plan-vs-field, and drainage cross-check records.

Field-Aid Scope

The app does not create stamped engineering design, size or stamp roof drains, replace project plans, replace local code review, or check structural deck safety. The engineer of record, stamped plans, adopted code, local AHJ, and competent field judgment control the work.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the values you enter, the code edition you select, the local rainfall figures you use, the field readings you take, and every decision to build, repair, submit, or rely on a result. Confirm every result against the project plans and the AHJ before work changes.

Purchases

Pro plans are sold through Google Play billing. Google Play handles purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore flows. The app keeps an offline entitlement cache on the device so paid features can keep working without signal after purchase is confirmed. Monthly and annual caches may require a restore after the paid term plus an offline grace window.

Local Records And Exports

Records are stored on the device. Exports leave the device only when you choose Android share. You choose the recipient and are responsible for reviewing the PDF, CSV, field card, and RFI line before sending them.

No Warranty

The app is provided as-is. Anvilfield does not warrant that any result is complete, code-approved, inspection-ready, warranty-approved, or fit for a specific project.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for field rework, project delay, failed inspection, roof leak, warranty denial, structural issue, lost profit, or other indirect or consequential loss from use of the app. If liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability is the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
