DropTakeoff Copper Privacy Policy

DropTakeoff Copper is built by Anvilfield. The app works offline for bid setup, takeoff math, cost book storage, and export creation.

Data Anvilfield Collects

Anvilfield does not collect personal data, analytics, telemetry, account data, location, contacts, bid data, photos, or cost book data from this app.

Data Stored On Your Device

Your bids, pods, costs, vendors, part numbers, assumptions, exclusions, settings, purchase entitlement cache, and attached markup photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share a file.

Camera And Photos

The app may use the camera when you scan a part number or attach a markup photo. Barcode scan data is processed on the device and written only to the part-number field. A selected photo is stored locally for the bid record. The app does not upload photos.

Retention And Deletion

Local bids, cost books, settings, part numbers, and markup photos stay on the device until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Deleting a bid also removes its stored markup photos from the device. Clearing local records removes local bids and cost data.

Sharing

When you export a PDF or CSV, Android share targets such as email, Drive, print, or messaging may handle that file under their own privacy policies. Choose a share target only if you want that service to receive the exported file.

Purchases

Google Play Billing handles purchase and restore actions for the monthly, annual, and lifetime unlocks. Anvilfield does not receive your payment card number from the app.

Network

The app does not use a backend, account service, cloud sync, remote config, or telemetry service. System services used for sharing or Play purchases may use network access outside the app's offline takeoff engine.

Children

The app is built for trade professionals and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, Anvilfield will update the effective date and publish the current policy at this page.
