What to include

Send the app version, Android version, device model, the action you were taking, and any message shown on screen. Do not send job records, client names, or photos unless support asks for them.

Purchases and restore

Google Play handles billing, refunds, subscription changes, and restore. In the app, open Setup and tap Restore after changing phones or reinstalling.

Camera and scans

If lot scan or stamped photo capture does not open, check Android camera permission for the app. You can always key the lot by hand and export the PDF or CSV without a photo.

Exports

Exports are written on the device first, then handed to Android share. If email or Drive has no signal, save the file and send it when you have a connection.

GroutPour DC estimates grout volume and cure timing as a field aid. It is not a structural, bearing, cure, or acceptance authority. Confirm every value against the product data sheet and the qualified witness.
