Oil Pass Gate is an offline Android field-aid app for transformer oil and
electrical acceptance records. It records insulation resistance, PI, DAR, turns
ratio, winding resistance, dielectric, water ppm, power factor, IFT, acid, color,
DGA sample notes, cal register entries, witness signatures, evidence photos, and
export packets.

The app stores records locally on device. It does not use an Anvilfield account,
backend sync, analytics SDK, telemetry, remote AI, or runtime network service.
Files leave the device only when the user exports, shares, prints, or saves them
through Android or another destination app.

Oil Pass Gate is a record and calculation aid. It is not a calibrated
instrument, engineering approval, legal advice, safety approval, commissioning
approval, or a substitute for project specifications or authority-having-
jurisdiction decisions.
