Pay App SOV Privacy Policy

Pay App SOV is an offline billing workbench by Anvilfield. It stores projects, SOV lines, pay-app values, T&M tickets, closeout artifacts, exports, and transmit logs on your device.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not run a backend for this app. We do not create accounts. We do not sync your project data to Anvilfield. We do not run analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

Data On Your Device

The app saves billing records, project names, GC names, contract numbers, rates, notes, attachment names, and export logs locally. Clearing app data or using the in-app clear control removes the local app copy.

Sharing

When you export a PDF, CSV, or ZIP, Android lets you choose where to send it. That handoff is controlled by the app you choose, such as email, Drive, print, or another installed app.

Purchases

Google Play Billing handles purchases and restore. Google may process purchase data under its own policies. Pay App SOV caches entitlement state on device so unlocked features continue to work offline.

The release build includes Google Play services and Billing components that may use network access and network-state checks to complete purchases, restore purchases, and maintain the Play Billing flow. Anvilfield does not receive your purchase account data from the app.

Permissions

The app uses Play Billing for purchases and Android share intents for exports. Camera access is requested only when you capture a T&M ticket photo. Location access is requested only to bind a GPS/timestamp stamp to that ticket. If location is denied or unavailable, the ticket records the timestamp and that location was not available.

Project data, attachments, GPS/timestamp stamps, signatures, and exports are not sent to an Anvilfield server. They leave the app only when you choose an Android share, print, storage, or email target.

Android backup is disabled for app data in the release manifest.
