Pay App SOV Terms and EULA

Effective date: June 3, 2026

Pay App SOV is licensed by Anvilfield for internal business billing preparation. You may use the app to create, review, export, and share project billing files for your own work.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all exported PDFs, CSVs, ZIPs, waivers, ticket totals, closeout packages, and transmit logs before sending them. Confirm your contract terms, state waiver wording, retention rules, tax treatment, rates, markup, and closeout requirements.

Not Official Forms or Advice

The app creates G702/G703-style output only. It is not an official AIA form, is not affiliated with AIA, and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or construction claims advice.

Purchases

Purchases and subscription restores are handled by Google Play Billing. Google Play purchase terms also apply. Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled through Google Play.

No Warranty

The software is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent allowed by law. Anvilfield does not warrant that exports will be accepted by a contractor, owner, lender, agency, court, or payment system.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for lost profits, delayed payments, rejected pay applications, lost data, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
