Pull Plan Card is an offline Android field-aid app for electrical crews planning cable pulls. It calculates predicted pull tension, binding tension limit, worst sidewall pressure, jam ratio, conduit fill, and pass or warning flags from values entered by the crew. After the pull, the crew can log measured peak tension, add meter, reel-tag, and setup photos, and export a turnover card.

The app has no Anvilfield backend, no account, no ads, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. Pull records, photos, exports, settings, and local Pro entitlement cache stay on the device unless the user chooses to share an export. Google Play handles the optional one-time Pro purchase and restore flow.
