Storm Force-Account Log Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 4, 2026
Storm Force-Account Log is published by Anvilfield. The app is a field documentation tool for storm labor, equipment, notes, photos, signatures, and local export packets.
No accounts or developer collection
The app does not create accounts. Anvilfield does not collect, sell, share, or receive the records the user enters in the app.
Data stored on the device
The app stores records locally on the user's device. This can include event names, disaster numbers, and PA IDs. It can also include crew names, job titles, rates, hours, equipment details, work notes, location labels, GPS coordinates, photos, signatures, exports, and settings.
Camera and location
The app asks for camera permission so the user can capture evidence photos. It asks for foreground location permission so the user can attach GPS data to site notes and photos. If location is not available or not allowed, the user can still type a location label.
Exports and sharing
The app builds local files such as ZIP, CSV, PDF, JSON, and photo files. The user chooses when and where to share those files. After the user shares a file, the destination app or service controls that copy.
Network use
The app has no backend, no cloud sync, no ads, and no analytics SDK. The daily workflow works without a network connection. Optional Pro purchase and restore use Google Play Billing when the user opens the Pro screen. After an export, the app may ask Google Play if an in-app review prompt is available. If Google Play does not provide that prompt, the app skips it.
Payments
The one-time Pro purchase is processed by Google Play. The app stores only the local entitlement state needed to keep Pro available after purchase or restore.
Deleting data
The user can delete local events and records in the app. The app also keeps retention warnings so records are not removed before the user's cost-recovery team says they can be removed.
