Storm Force-Account Log Terms

Effective date: June 4, 2026

Storm Force-Account Log is published by Anvilfield. By using the app, the user agrees to these terms.

Field documentation aid

The app helps the user record storm labor, equipment, notes, photos, signatures, totals, and local export packets. It is not an official FEMA app or official FEMA submission. It does not decide what FEMA will reimburse. It is not legal advice. It is not accounting, payroll, grant-management, or audit authority.

User responsibility

The user must check records, rates, what is eligible, record dates, exports, and filings with the right team. That team may include cost recovery, finance, legal counsel, a grant manager, or the local authority. Local rules, grant terms, and agency guidance control.

No affiliation

The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by FEMA or any government agency. Names of forms, agencies, and programs are used only to describe the field documentation context.

Local records and exports

The app stores records on the user's device. The user controls exports and sharing. After the user shares a file, the destination app or service controls that copy.

Pro purchase

Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase. Google Play handles payment, refunds, taxes, and purchase account controls under Google's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. Anvilfield does not promise that records will be accepted or paid back. It does not promise that records will be complete, error-free, or available on every device or under every local rule.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for lost reimbursement, lost records, lost profits, business interruption, indirect damages, special damages, or consequential damages from use of the app.
