Terms of Use

Storm Material Slip is published by Anvilfield.

Use the app only if you accept these terms. If you use Storm Material Slip for a crew, utility, contractor, or other organization, you are responsible for having authority to use it for that work.

Storm Material Slip is a field aid for writing and sharing material needs slips. It is not engineering. It does not design poles, size conductors for strength, set sag or tension, approve construction, replace utility standards, replace a work order, or replace the authority having jurisdiction. The user and the user's utility or employer are responsible for the final parts list, work method, safety procedures, and compliance with local rules.

The app stores jobs, slips, photos, GPS coordinates, catalog edits, settings, and exports on the device. The user controls what is entered, shared, exported, printed, or deleted. When the user shares a file through Android, the chosen app or service handles that file under its own terms.

The Pro unlock is a one-time Google Play Billing product. Google Play handles purchase processing, tax, refunds, and account-level purchase records where required by Google Play policies and local law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Storm Material Slip is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, job delays, replacement work, or field decisions made from app output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some limits may not apply.

Open source license notices for Flutter and bundled packages are available in the app under Settings, Legal, Open source licenses.
