By installing or using StripeSet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Anvilfield grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use StripeSet on Android devices you control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
StripeSet provides estimates and layout aids only. Verify every count, dimension, slope, sign, accessible route, and marking against current ADA Standards, state and local code, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction before striping.
The Pro unlock is a one-time Google Play purchase for the account that buys it. Google Play handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and purchase records.
StripeSet is provided "as is" and "as available." Anvilfield does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular job, or accepted by any inspector, property owner, or Authority Having Jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for lost profit, lost work, rework cost, inspection failure, code-compliance penalty, property damage, personal injury, legal claim, indirect damage, incidental damage, special damage, consequential damage, exemplary damage, or punitive damage arising from use of StripeSet. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for StripeSet in the previous 12 months.
