BESS Commissioning Punch Terms
BESS Commissioning Punch is published by Anvilfield. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a documentation and organization field aid for battery energy storage commissioning checks and punch records.
Field-Aid Scope
The app is not a commissioning agent, test instrument, protective device, code authority, AHJ, engineer, OEM, or replacement for trained personnel, OEM manuals, the project commissioning plan, permits, or professional judgment. It does not certify the system or operate equipment.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for every check, reading, photo, signature, punch item, handoff record, and export, and for every decision to rely on or send a record. Device clock timestamps are unverified. Confirm requirements with the qualified person, the commissioning plan, the owner, and applicable code before acting.
Purchases
The one-time Pro unlock is sold through Google Play billing. Google Play handles payment, refund, and account purchase flows, and returns entitlement status for purchase and restore. The app keeps a local Pro-unlocked flag on the device after purchase is confirmed, so Pro stays unlocked offline.
Local Records And Exports
Records are stored on the device. Exports leave the device only when you choose Android share or save-to-file. You choose the recipient and are responsible for reviewing each PDF, CSV, JSON bundle, photo export, and ZIP before sending it.
No Warranty
The app is provided as-is. Anvilfield does not warrant that any record is complete, code-approved, inspection-ready, or fit for a specific commissioning requirement.
Liability Limit
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for failed inspection, project delay, equipment damage, life-safety event, lost profit, or other indirect or consequential loss from use of the app. If liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability is the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
