BMP Takeoff DC is an offline construction takeoff app from Anvilfield. The app does not use an Anvilfield server, account, cloud sync, ads, or analytics.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app stores your project name, client, plan file name, quantities, unit costs, scope notes, pay-app quantities, entitlement state, and app settings on your device.
Plan Files And Photos
You can import plan images and attach ticket photos. These files stay on your device unless you choose to share, print, export, back up, or send them with another app.
Purchases
Pro purchases and restore checks are processed by Google Play billing. Anvilfield does not receive your payment card number from this app.
Sharing And Exports
When you export a PDF, CSV, PNG, or ZIP, Android may show share targets such as email, Drive, or print. Any data sent after that is handled by the app you choose.
Network Use
The app works without an Anvilfield backend. It may contact Google Play for purchases or restore checks. It may open this privacy policy in your browser when you tap Privacy policy.
Children
This app is for construction professionals. It is not directed to children.
