DeckCheck DC Terms of Use
Effective June 4, 2026.
DeckCheck DC is provided by Anvilfield as an offline fall-clearance field-check aid for Android.
Field-check aid only
DeckCheck DC is not a stamped lift plan, engineered fall-protection plan, manufacturer instruction manual, or regulatory approval. The qualified person, competent person, manufacturer instructions, local rules, site rules, AHJ, and engineered plan govern.
User responsibility
You are responsible for confirming device label values, measuring site conditions, qualifying the anchor, checking local requirements, and deciding whether the work can proceed. Do not use DeckCheck DC as an absolute declaration that a tie-off is safe.
Purchases
The free tier includes the full clearance engine and 3 saved rigs. Pro is a one-time $9.99 unlock for unlimited rigs, crew devices, fall-plan compile, PDF, CSV, ZIP, and share. Google Play Billing processes purchases and restore requests.
No warranty
DeckCheck DC is provided as is and as available. Anvilfield does not warrant that every output is complete for every jobsite, jurisdiction, manufacturer device, local rule, or engineered plan.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost work, injury, property damage, or project delay arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limits, so these limits apply only where allowed.
