Fire-Watch Hourly Patrol Log Terms

Fire-Watch Hourly Patrol Log is published by Anvilfield. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a documentation and organization field aid for fire-watch records.

Field-Aid Scope

The app is not a fire alarm, detector, suppression device, dispatch service, code authority, AHJ, engineer, insurer, guard service, or replacement for trained personnel, OEM manuals, local fire codes, permits, or professional judgment.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the watch interval, route, checkpoints, names, notes, photos, handoff records, incident records, exports, and every decision to rely on or send a record. Confirm requirements with the AHJ, owner, insurer, site policy, and applicable code before acting.

Purchases

The one-time Pro unlock is sold through RevenueCat-backed Google Play purchases. Google Play handles payment, refund, and account purchase flows. RevenueCat returns entitlement status for purchase and restore. The app keeps a local Pro-unlocked flag on the device after purchase is confirmed.

Local Records And Exports

Records are stored on the device. Exports leave the device only when you choose Android share or save-to-file. You choose the recipient and are responsible for reviewing each PDF, CSV, JSON bundle, photo export, placard, and ZIP before sending it.

No Warranty

The app is provided as-is. Anvilfield does not warrant that any record is complete, code-approved, inspection-ready, insurance-approved, or fit for a specific fire-watch requirement.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for failed inspection, claim denial, project delay, fire-watch loss, life-safety event, lost profit, or other indirect or consequential loss from use of the app. If liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability is the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
