Foot Candle Grid Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using Foot Candle Grid you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Field-Verification Aid Only

Foot Candle Grid is a field-verification aid that records operator-entered handheld-meter readings and compares them to targets you key from the approved plan. It is not the stamped photometric design and not a calibrated-meter certificate. The approved plan is the design of record, your handheld meter is the record, and the owner and AHJ sign-off is the gate. You are responsible for confirming every reading, target, cap, and verdict before you rely on it.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Anvilfield does not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular project. The phone light sensor is screening only and is not cosine-corrected or calibrated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvilfield is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its output.

Purchases

Pro is offered at $4.99/month, $39.99/year, or $99 lifetime through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew until canceled in Google Play. Purchases and refunds are handled under Google Play terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
