Data Anvilfield Does Not Collect
Pool Heater Error Codes has no Anvilfield account or login, developer backend, cloud sync, analytics, or advertising. Anvilfield does not receive, sell, or automatically share the job records you enter.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app can store site labels, addresses, technician names, heater details, fault codes, job notes, technician-entered readings, settings, export history, and photo file paths in app-private Android storage.
Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app records.
Camera, Exports, And Sharing
The camera is used only when you choose to capture a nameplate, display, gauge, or other job-evidence photo. PDF, CSV, JSON, and ZIP files are created locally. A file leaves the app only when you choose a destination through Android's share interface. The destination handles the copy under its own terms.
Network
The release app does not request internet access. Its code library and source notes are bundled in the app.
Security
Job records and photo paths use app-private Android storage, and Android backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for those records. The release app has no internet permission and does not transmit records or photos to Anvilfield. Protect access to the device and review the security terms of any destination chosen for exported files.
Retention And Deletion
Delete local jobs in the app, clear the app's Android storage, or uninstall the app to remove local records. Exported copies remain under your control in the destination you selected.
Accounts
The app does not let users create an account. A customer or site label is a job field, not an app account. There is no app account to delete.
