StrengthGate DC: Concrete Maturity Release Gate
Validate a site ASTM C1074 maturity curve, log embedded-logger temperatures, and stage a strip, load, or lift release record, one pour at a time, for datacenter slabs and decks.
StrengthGate DC works offline on Android with no account, no ads, and no analytics. Network access is used only by Google Play Billing (via Google Play billing) to validate purchases; the maturity engine, curve validator, and exports run fully offline.
Field aid only. Maturity does not replace standard-cured acceptance cylinders under ACI 318. Standard-cured acceptance cylinders govern, and the named engineer of record, not the app, authorizes the release.
Validate the curve
Check cylinder break pairs for the 10 percent within-pair spread, fit a logarithmic or hyperbolic curve, and accept it before any pour relies on it.
Gate the release
Run Nurse-Saul or Arrhenius on entered or imported logger temps, read in-place strength against your threshold, and see a RELEASE or HOLD verdict with the hours-to-threshold estimate.
Keep the record
Pour identity ledger, field-versus-lab verification log, and release, curve, and temperature exports (PDF and CSV) through Android share actions.
Privacy and support
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no backend, no cloud sync, and no remote AI. Android Internet permission is used only so Google Play Billing (via Google Play billing) can validate purchases over HTTPS; the maturity engine and exports run fully offline. User-directed share targets may use their own network access.
