TieMap DC helps scaffold crews lay out tie, guy, and brace geometry for supported frame towers on datacenter jobs.
What It Does
- Computes the first tie trigger from least base width and tower height.
- Snaps tie elevations to real frame lifts and shows the next required tie.
- Tracks installed tie cells, inspections, plumb readings, presets, and local tag IDs.
- Exports signed PDF, CSV, roll-up, batch PDF, and photo-stamp records.
Safety Scope
TieMap DC is a field planning and inspection aid. It does not rate anchors, wind, loads, soil, or structural adequacy. Follow the manufacturer, PE drawing, project spec, competent person, and local authority.
FAQ
Does TieMap DC work without a jobsite signal?
Yes. Tower records, calculations, inspections, and exports are local to the device. Google Play Billing is used only for Pro purchase and restore.
What scaffold rule does TieMap DC use?
It supports federal 4 to 1 geometry, California or stricter 3 to 1 geometry, and a custom project ratio. The selected rule is stamped on exports.
Does TieMap DC replace an engineer or competent person?
No. It lays out default spacing geometry only. It does not design tie loads, anchors, wind bracing, soil bearing, or engineered scaffold schedules.
