VectorMap ELD Privacy

Effective date: June 4, 2026

VectorMap ELD stores survey records, breach photos, retest photos, witness signatures, settings, and exports on your device. The app has no account system, backend, telemetry, ads, or cloud sync.

The app uses the camera only when you add breach evidence, add retest evidence, scan a rig label, or capture related field records. The app does not use the phone camera or sensors to detect leaks. Your calibrated ELD rig performs the test.

Exports leave the device only when you choose a share target such as email, Drive, print, or messages. Once you share an export, that target's privacy and retention rules apply.

Google Play Billing is used for Pro purchases, including the monthly plan, annual plan, lifetime purchase, and restore checks. Billing account details and payment data are handled by Google Play. VectorMap ELD stores only the local entitlement state needed to unlock Pro features.

Read the VectorMap ELD terms of use for field-use limits, Pro purchase handling, no-warranty terms, and liability limits.

Security

Records stay in app storage on the device and are protected by Android's app sandbox and the device lock you configure. VectorMap ELD does not transmit records to Anvilfield servers.

Retention and deletion

Records stay on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or remove exported files from the share or file location you chose. The in-app Clear records control deletes saved survey records, referenced app-owned evidence photos and rig captures, and app-owned export or backup files created under VectorMap ELD's export folder. Copies already shared to email, Drive, print, messages, or another destination must be deleted from that destination.

Children

VectorMap ELD is a trade tool for working adults and is not directed to children.
