What it does:
- Turns drop-count titration readings into ppm with kit factor, sample size, and dilution handled.
- Estimates loop volume by tonnage, geometry, pipe footage, and tracer test.
- Sizes slug dose and continuous feed-pump GPD.
- Computes pump stroke and speed settings and verifies output with timed draw-down.
- Computes new-loop passivation charge, hold, and step-down.
- Saves a local visit log and exports local CSV/PDF files.

What it does not do:
- It does not read titration color change from the camera.
- It does not create accounts or use a backend.
- It is not a stamped chemistry record or warranty authority.
