What the app stores

The app can store user-entered project, customer, location, directive, scope, labor, material, equipment, rate, markup, evidence-note, signer-name, signer-title, signature-stroke, timestamp, preparer, preset, and display-setting information. When you take a ticket photo, the app copies the selected camera result into its managed evidence folder. PDF and CSV exports are generated in the app's local exports folder.

Where records are processed

Working records are processed and stored locally in Android app-private storage. This release does not request the Android Internet permission. Android cloud-backup and device-transfer rules exclude the app's records, preferences, managed evidence photos, and app exports.

No Anvilfield account or ticket-data backend

The app has no Anvilfield account, login, cloud sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or ticket-data backend. Anvilfield does not receive your ticket records through the app and does not sell them. Because there is no app account, there is no server-side account or account data for Anvilfield to delete.

Camera, sharing, printing, and Play review

The camera is requested only after you tap the ticket-photo action. Files leave app-private storage only when you choose Android share, print, or another export destination. The app or service you select receives the files under its own privacy terms. After two successful exports, the app may ask whether you want to open Google Play's in-app review flow; declining has no effect on the app, and ticket contents are not attached to that request.

Retention and deletion

• Removing a managed photo or deleting its ticket removes the app-managed photo file when available.
• Clear All Data removes saved tickets, presets, preparer information, settings, managed evidence photos, and files in the app exports folder.
• Clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling removes the remaining app-private data.
• Copies you previously shared, printed, or saved to another destination remain there until you delete them at that destination.

Security and user responsibility

App-private storage relies on Android and your device security. Protect access to your device and review the security of every export destination. A captured signature is user-entered field-record data; the app does not authenticate the signer or their authority.

Children

The app is intended for construction professionals and is not directed to children.
