TrenchSafe Privacy Policy

TrenchSafe is an offline trench-planning and inspection app for Android published by Anvilfield.

Data We Store On Your Device

TrenchSafe stores the records you create on your device:

• job name, address, client, job number, and company header
• trench dimensions and soil assessment details
• inspection checklist answers, notes, competent-person name, weather notes, timestamps, signature images, and optional wall photos
• optional GPS coordinates when you grant location permission and add a GPS stamp to a job or signed inspection
• app settings, presets, and the local Pro entitlement cache

This data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

Data We Send

TrenchSafe has no Internet permission and does not send job, trench, inspection, signature, wall photo, or GPS records to our servers.

The app uses Google Play Billing for the one-time Pro purchase. Google processes purchase and restore requests under Google Play terms and policies.

If you export or share a PDF binder, Android opens the system share sheet. The destination you choose receives that PDF.

Location

Location is optional. If you allow location access, TrenchSafe uses it only to add a GPS stamp to a job or signed inspection. You can deny location permission and still use the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell data. We do not share your local job, trench, inspection, signature, wall photo, or GPS records with third parties unless you choose to export or share them.

Data Deletion

Use Settings > Privacy > Clear local data, delete TrenchSafe app storage, or uninstall the app to remove local records from the device. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.

Children

TrenchSafe is a professional field tool and is not directed to children.
