Backflow Fix It DC Terms

Backflow Fix It DC is a field aid for trained backflow testers and plumbing-service technicians. It helps turn a failed test into a likely bad module, a rebuild-kit reference, a retest record, and an export.

The app is not a manufacturer parts catalog, not a substitute for tester certification, not a substitute for assembly instructions, and not the water purveyor or AHJ acceptance authority. The tester remains responsible for confirming every kit number against the current manufacturer listing, following the assembly instructions, using a calibrated gauge, and submitting a passing retest to the purveyor.

The app stores local records on the device and creates files only when the user exports or shares them. The user is responsible for choosing where exported PDFs, CSV files, stamped photos, and truck cards are sent.

Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and restore behavior follows Google Play rules and the product terms shown by Google Play at purchase time.
