Oil Pass Gate is built by Anvilfield. The app is a local field tool for transformer oil and electrical acceptance records.
Data the app handles
The app can store projects, transformer records, readings, cal register entries, witness names, signatures, evidence photo paths, export counts, settings, and cached entitlement state in local storage.
Data collection
Anvilfield does not collect app data from Oil Pass Gate. The app has no Anvilfield account, no backend sync, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK, no telemetry, and no runtime AI service.
Permissions
Camera permission is used only when the user scans a barcode or captures an evidence photo. Google Play Billing is used for optional Pro purchase and restore flows. Android sharing and print surfaces are used only when the user exports or shares a file.
Sharing
Exports leave the device only when the user uses Android sharing, print, saved files, or another destination app. Those destination apps and print services have their own privacy practices.
Deleting data
Users can delete local app data from Android app storage settings and can delete exported files from device storage.
