The short version
RigChain stores your lift data on your device. It has no account system and no Anvilfield server. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.
Data the app stores
RigChain stores the lift information you enter, including project names, job numbers, load weights, center-of-gravity inputs, sling geometry, hardware selections, qualified-person names, override notes, saved projects, optional company logo images, and generated rig-sheet PDFs. This data is kept in the app's private storage on your phone or tablet unless you choose to share a PDF through Android's share sheet.
How to delete your data
You can delete one saved lift from the app's history, clear all lift data from Settings, or uninstall the app. Clearing lift data resets the current lift and removes saved projects from the app database.
Network use and purchases
RigChain's calculations, references, saved projects, and PDF generation work offline. The app uses Google Play Billing to sell and restore the RigChain Pro one-time unlock. Google processes those purchase requests under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Permissions
RigChain uses the Google Play Billing permission and basic network state access needed for purchase and restore flows. If you import a company logo, Android lets you select that one image for the rig sheet; the selected logo image stays on device and is not uploaded to Anvilfield. RigChain does not request broad photo library access. RigChain does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, phone, or account permissions.
Analytics, ads, and tracking
RigChain contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK. Anvilfield does not receive your lift projects, rigging inputs, saved history, or PDFs.
Children
RigChain is a professional construction and industrial rigging tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children.
Changes
If a future version adds any feature that sends lift data off device, Anvilfield will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form before that feature ships.
