Data the app handles
The app can store audit names, pole tags, pole owner and auditor names you enter, imported pole-list rows, permitted attacher names, attachment flags, notes, owner guesses, confidence values, height notes, photos, optional location stamps, export receipts, and local settings on your device.
Data sent to Anvilfield
The app does not send audit data, photos, pole lists, location stamps, exports, or notes to Anvilfield. There is no account, backend, analytics SDK, ad SDK, crash reporting SDK, or cloud sync in the app.
Device permissions
Camera access is used for tag photos, context photos, and barcode or QR scanning. Location access is optional and is used only to stamp a pole or photo with latitude and longitude when you allow it. File access is used when you choose a CSV import file or share an export through Android.
Sharing and exports
You control exports. When you share CSV, ZIP, PDF, or JSON files, Android sends them to the app or service you choose. That transfer is outside Anvilfield's control.
Purchases
The one-time Pro unlock is handled by Google Play Billing. Anvilfield does not receive your payment card details from the app.
Children
The app is built for professional field users and is not directed to children.
Data deletion
You can clear local app data from Settings. You can also remove the app from your device to delete its local storage, subject to Android backup and device rules.
