Use

Illegal Attach Tally is a field documentation and tally tool for professional pole attachment audits. You are responsible for the data you enter, the rates you choose, and any action taken from an export.

Scope

The app does not issue bills, decide attachment ownership, make legal findings, or make engineering, clearance, loading, safety, code, or regulatory decisions.

Exposure figures are estimates based on user-entered rates, periods, fees, and flags. Verify owner identity, contracts, permits, tariffs, local rules, and the right to bill before any notice or back bill is sent.

Local data

Audit data, photos, notes, and exports are stored on the device unless you choose to share them through Android. Keep your device locked and handle exports as business records.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase. Google Play handles payment processing and purchase records. Anvilfield does not receive payment card details from the app.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Field conditions, data entry mistakes, contract terms, local rules, and owner records can change the correct business outcome.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, disputed bills, penalties, indirect damages, or decisions made from incorrect or incomplete field data.
