Reel Receiving is built by Anvilfield. The app is a local field tool for cable reel receiving and damage documentation.
Data the app handles
The app can store carrier names, BOL and PO numbers, receiver names, delivery and discovery times, reel serials, cable fields, findings, photos, optional GPS coordinates, optional driver acknowledgement strokes, and generated export files. This data stays on the device unless the user chooses to share or save an export.
Data collection
Anvilfield does not collect app data from Reel Receiving. The app has no Anvilfield account, no backend sync, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK, and no runtime AI service.
Permissions
Camera permission is used to capture reel tags, findings, delivery receipts, and barcodes. Location permission is used only when the user requests a GPS fix. Google Play Billing is used for the optional one-time Pro unlock.
Sharing
Exports leave the device only when the user uses Android sharing, saves files, or sends them through another app. Those destination apps have their own privacy practices.
Deleting data
Users can delete local app data from Android app storage settings and can delete exported files from device storage.
