SaltLedger Terms Of Use

These terms govern use of SaltLedger.

App Scope

SaltLedger is an offline deicing rate calculator and service-log tool for commercial snow and ice work. It helps estimate salt application amounts and document service events. It does not replace your engineered snow-and-ice plan, material label, contract requirements, local law, or authority having jurisdiction.

Safety And Accuracy

SaltLedger outputs are estimates. You are responsible for checking pavement conditions, weather, site hazards, material specs, spreader calibration, and current standards before applying material. Do not rely on SaltLedger as the sole basis for a safety, legal, insurance, or compliance decision.

Records And Exports

Service logs, photos, PDFs, and backups are generated from information stored on your device and information you enter. You are responsible for reviewing records before sharing them and for keeping external copies where your business requires them.

Purchases

SaltLedger Pro is a one-time non-consumable Google Play in-app product. Purchase, refund, and restore handling follows Google Play policies and the Google account used for purchase.

Local Data

SaltLedger stores app data on your device. You can clear local app data from More -> Clear local app data or from Android system settings. Files exported outside the app remain wherever you saved or shared them.

No Warranty

SaltLedger is provided as is and as available. The app may contain errors, and site conditions may change faster than any app can account for. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anvilfield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, claims, fines, injuries, property damage, or legal outcomes arising from use of SaltLedger. Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for SaltLedger Pro.

Changes

Terms may be updated for future app releases. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
