Local records
Photos, notes, packets, voice, and calculations are saved locally first.
Cloud services
Synced rows and media use Anvil Field cloud services. Cloud AI receives checked text only after an explicit tap. Stripe receives payment-link details only when the account owner configures that adapter and checks the amount.
Recipients
Recipients see approved packet content, optional receipt/signoff state, and no account controls.
Account deletion
Owners can delete a signed-in cloud account from Settings, or submit a web deletion request at /legal/delete-account/ for ownership verification.
