A standard clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: surfaces dusted and wiped top to bottom, the kitchen sink, counters, appliance fronts and stovetop, bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink, mirror, surfaces), and all floors vacuumed and mopped. A deep or first clean adds built-up grime, baseboards, and detail work to get the home caught up. Any add-ons you request, such as inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows, or inside cabinets, are listed and priced separately.
Standard cleaning does not include inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows, inside cabinets and drawers, laundry, dishes, or organizing unless added on and priced above. We do not move heavy furniture or handle biohazards. Some surfaces, such as natural stone and certain wood finishes, need special care, and we will use a gentle cleaner or check with you when unsure rather than risk damage.
The price for your home and clean type is shown above and is a flat rate per clean, not hourly. The first or deep clean is priced higher because we are getting everything caught up; regular visits after that are lower. Payment is due at each clean by the method above. For recurring clients we can store your card and charge automatically after each clean, so there is no payment conversation and no chasing money.
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or skip a visit. We confirm each appointment the day before. We will always let you know if anything ever threatens our timing. Recurring clients keep the same day and time; if you need to change frequency we can move you between weekly, biweekly, and monthly rather than cancel.
We are bonded and insured. General liability insurance covers accidental damage to your property while we work, and our business service bond protects you in the unlikely event of theft. If we ever break something, we will tell you right away and make it right through our insurance or out of pocket. We treat your home and belongings as private, touch only what we clean, and handle keys and codes securely. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
