Pricing calculator
You should not do this math from scratch on every call. Set your core numbers once, and every future quote takes seconds. Enter the beds, baths, size, and clean type, and you get a price that respects your minimum and your rates, with the recurring option built in.
Start with the base price for the home size from the rate table. Apply the clean-type multiplier (standard is 1.0, deep or first clean is 1.5 to 2 times, default 1.75). For move-out, price by size and condition in the $250 to $500 range. For recurring, price the visit below a one-time clean and lock in the same day and time. Never go below your minimum (start at $100), because a tiny apartment still costs you the drive, the setup, and a slot in your day. You think in hourly terms privately to check your number works, but you always quote a flat price, so getting faster earns you more per hour, not less.
