Results on very old or stained surfaces, such as deep oil stains, may lighten rather than fully disappear, which I will point out before I start.
Before I begin, we will do a quick two-minute walk-around together. I will point out what I am going to clean and note anything that is already damaged. Very old or already-damaged surfaces, such as faded paint, loose mortar, or soft wood, can react to cleaning even at low pressure. By signing below you agree that any pre-existing condition I point out is a shared, known risk and not damage caused by the cleaning.
I take care of your property. I will wet down plants and grass near the work before and after, cover outdoor outlets, and watch my spray direction near windows and vehicles. I carry general liability insurance, including coverage for the surfaces I work on, and a certificate is available on request. If I cause any damage, I will tell you immediately and make it right through my insurance or out of pocket.
If the weather turns or either of us needs to reschedule, we will simply pick the next available day. I will confirm with you the day before your appointment. If I ever have to move your job at the last minute, I will let you know as early as I can.
I guarantee the work. If you are not happy with a spot when we walk the property at the end, tell me and I will come back and take care of it. My goal is a result you are glad you paid for and happy to recommend.
