Type in the square footage and the surface, and it returns a price that already respects your minimum and your rates. Fill in your own three core numbers once, and every future quote takes ten seconds.
The math is simple: rate times area, then check it against your minimum. You measure the surface, multiply by your per-square-foot rate, and if the result comes in under your minimum, you charge the minimum instead and add value (the front walk, the porch) so the customer feels they got a deal and you get a full, profitable stop. Set your three core numbers once and you never guess on a call again: (1) your job minimum (start at $199), (2) your house-wash rate per square foot (start at $0.20), and (3) your driveway rate per square foot (start at $0.20). Example: a 600 sq ft two-car driveway at $0.25 is $150, but your $199 minimum wins, so you charge $199 and throw in the front walk. A 1,800 sq ft house wall at $0.20 is $360, which clears the minimum on its own.
