Construction waste diversion for datacenter jobsites

WasteTrack DC helps a site lead turn certified haul tickets into a clean construction waste diversion report. Key each ticket once, pick the material stream and destination, and watch the live diversion percent update against the project target.

Live diversion percent
Diverted tons over counted tons with PASS or SHORT status, target margin, and required stream count.
MRF recovery split
Commingled loads count only the recovered share when the facility gives a recovery rate.
Roll-off board
Track location, stream, size, fill estimate, and near-full swaps before a box blocks a trade.
Owner exports
Create a PDF diversion report and row-per-ticket CSV from the same local ledger.

Price

Free includes one project, ten haul tickets, three boxes, and one owner export. Paid access unlocks more campuses, the full ticket ledger, the full box yard, carry-forward setup, and monthly exports through Google Play Billing: $19.99 monthly, $199 annual, or $499 lifetime.

Scope note

This app is a calculation aid. The stamped LEED submittal and credit decision are the reviewer's. Weights are the hauler's certified scale tickets.

FAQ

How does it calculate diversion percent? It divides total diverted tons by total counted tons. Cubic-yard tickets are converted to tons first. ADC loads are not credited as diverted.

How are commingled MRF loads handled? A commingled load counts diverted only at the facility recovery rate and counts as one material stream unless the facility gives project-specific material weights.

Is it offline? Entry, math, local storage, and exports run on the device. Play Billing restore and Android share targets may use platform services when selected.
