The short version

WaterMistProof DC stores projects, halls, zone records, nozzle confirmations, pressure readings, hydro records, flush records, release-logic records, discharge timing, proof photos, witness signatures, export counts, settings, and paid-access state on your device. Anvilfield does not run a backend for this app, does not collect app telemetry, and does not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Data stored on your device

The app can store project names, campus names, client names, hall names, zone tags, nozzle details, readings, instrument and calibration records, proof photos, signatures, export history, settings, local entitlement cache, and generated PDF or CSV files. This data stays in app storage unless you share a file, delete the data, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Network use

The field engine, saved records, signature binding, proof-photo recovery, and exports work without internet. Google Play Billing may use network access to buy, renew, or restore paid access. Android share and print services may use network access only when you choose a destination app that needs it.

Purchases

Paid access is handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment under Google's own terms. WaterMistProof DC stores a signed local entitlement cache so paid features can keep working offline after purchase or restore.

Camera and photos

The camera is used only when you choose to scan a zone tag or attach a proof photo to a zone record. The app does not upload camera data to Anvilfield.

Sharing

Exports are saved locally first. If you choose to share a PDF, CSV, or photo, Android opens the share sheet and you pick the destination app. Anvilfield does not receive a copy.

Analytics and ads

WaterMistProof DC has no ad SDK, no analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK.

Children

WaterMistProof DC is a professional commissioning tool for adults. It is not directed to children.

Deleting local data

The Settings screen includes Clear local records, which removes the saved project, hall, zone, signature, export count, and local state from the phone. You can also remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in Android settings. Export files already saved outside app storage are controlled by the destination folder or app you selected.

Changes

If a future version changes data handling, Anvilfield will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety details before that version ships.
