The short version
Anchor Template Check stores job records on your device. Anvilfield does not sell, rent, or share your job data.
Data stored on your device
The app can store substation or job names, contractor and EOR references, pour records, pier labels, plan values, field readings, tolerance choices, pass/fail results, deviation notes, photos, GPS stamps or manual location notes, signer names, signature images, settings, Pro entitlement state, and generated export files.
This data stays in app storage unless you export, print, share, delete, or back up the device with Android tools you control.
Camera, location, and signature
The camera is used only when you choose to capture evidence photos. Location is used only when you tap the GPS stamp action. Signatures are drawn in the app and stored only for the local verification record and exported packet you create.
Network use
The verification workflow, saved jobs, evidence checklist, signatures, and PDF generation work without internet. Google Play Billing may use network access to buy or restore a paid plan. Android share and print services may use network access only when you choose a destination that needs it.
Purchases
Paid plans are handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment under Google's terms. Anchor Template Check stores a local entitlement so paid export features can keep working after purchase.
Analytics and ads
Anchor Template Check has no ad SDK, no analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK.
Children
Anchor Template Check is a professional trade tool for adults. It is not directed to children.
Deleting local data
You can remove local app data by uninstalling Anchor Template Check or clearing app storage in Android settings. Exported files you shared or saved outside the app must be deleted from those destinations separately.
Changes
If a future version changes data handling, Anvilfield will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety details before that version ships.
