Privacy Policy

The short version

DoorCert keeps your inspection data on your device. It has no DoorCert account system and no Anvilfield backend. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Data the app stores

Sites, doors, inspection records, check results, daily route status, presets, inspector name, cert number, signature image, door photos, settings, and Pro entitlement state are stored in the app's private on-device storage.

Network and purchases

The inspection engine, saved limits, references, PDF generation, saved sites, saved doors, presets, and daily logs work offline. Google Play Billing is used when you buy or restore the one-time Pro unlock. Android sharing, printing, image picking, and camera services are used only when you choose those actions.

Permissions

DoorCert may use camera or photo access when you add a door photo. It uses Android share and print services when you export a report. DoorCert does not request location, contacts, microphone, advertising ID, or Anvilfield network access.

Analytics, ads, and third parties

DoorCert contains no third-party analytics SDK and no ads. Google Play Billing is used for the optional Pro purchase.

Children

DoorCert is a professional trade tool intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Your choices

You can remove local DoorCert data by deleting saved items in the app where available, clearing app storage in Android settings, or uninstalling DoorCert.

Changes

If a future version adds a feature that collects data or sends data to Anvilfield, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form will be updated before that feature ships.
