The short version
PoEHeat stores your project inputs, saved runs, local settings, Pro entitlement state, generated PDF files, and generated PNG diagrams on your device. No Anvilfield account or backend is used. Anvilfield does not sell, rent, or share your personal information.
Data stored on your device
The app can store project names, addresses or notes you enter, cable and switch inputs, saved runs, generated PDF records, generated PDF files, generated PNG diagrams, display settings, and local Pro entitlement state. This data stays in app storage unless you share a file, print a report, delete the data, or uninstall the app.
Network use
The PoE calculation engine, saved projects, bundled rule libraries, PDF generation, PNG diagram generation, and commissioning records work without internet. Google Play Billing may use network access to buy or restore the Pro unlock. Google Play in-app review or the Play Store listing may use network access only when you tap Rate PoEHeat. Android share and print services may use network access only when you choose a user-selected destination that needs it.
Purchases
Pro purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment under Google's own terms. The one-time Pro unlock product is com.anvilfield.poeheat.pro_unlock. PoEHeat stores a local entitlement so a paid user can keep using Pro features offline.
Analytics and ads
PoEHeat has no ad SDK, no analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK.
Children
PoEHeat is a professional trade tool for adults. It is not directed to children.
Deleting local data
You can delete saved projects in the app. You can also remove all local data by uninstalling PoEHeat or clearing app storage in Android settings.
Changes
If a future version changes data handling, Anvilfield will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety details before that version ships.
