FryerStat Manometer Log
Gas-pressure logbook and before/after proof sheet for commercial food-equipment hot-side service techs. Read with your own manometer, type the numbers, compare to fryer, range, griddle, oven, and combi NAT and LP manifold WC targets, and see the likely supply, regulator, or valve call.
Offline. No login. No ads. Logbook and math helper only.
What it does
- Per-model and family NAT and LP manifold WC target bands for common fryers, ranges, griddles, convection ovens, and combis.
- Four large reading fields for incoming static, incoming running, manifold static, and manifold running.
- Deterministic supply, regulator, and valve decision rules with the rule path shown.
- Before/after PDF proof sheet with deficiency notes, meter details, and labeled photos.
- Site and appliance history for repeat calls, plus CSV export for Pro users.
- Gas Hazard reminder available from every screen, never behind a paywall.
What it does not do
- It is not a manometer or measuring instrument.
- It does not read, control, approve, or energize gas.
- It does not replace the unit rating plate, OEM manual, AHJ, or your trained judgment. You are responsible for the repair.

What is FryerStat Manometer Log?
FryerStat is an offline Android app for commercial food-equipment hot-side techs. You read pressure with your own manometer, type the numbers, compare to bundled NAT and LP manifold WC targets, and export a before/after proof sheet.
Is FryerStat a manometer?
No. It is a logbook and math helper. The tech reads pressure with a real manometer and types the value. It does not read, control, approve, or energize gas.
Does FryerStat work offline?
Yes. Targets, decisions, saved logs, and PDF or CSV export are generated on the phone. Files leave the phone only when you share an export. Network is used only for the one-time Pro purchase and restore.
How much does FryerStat cost?
Free includes the full engine, 3 logs a month, and hazard notes. Pro is a one-time $9.99 unlock for the full target library, unlimited logs, polished PDF, CSV, deeper history, and meter details. No subscription.
