HeatBand DC
Key volts, amps, interpass temperature, and travel speed for each weld pass. HeatBand DC computes kJ/in, flags WPS heat-input bands, and exports CWI-ready records.

- One joint and export free

Built For The Weld Ledger
HeatBand DC keeps the boring but critical weld record together: volts, amps, travel, interpass, process basis, filler lot, base heat number, welder stencil, and pass role. Toughness-controlled WPS work gets an IN BAND, OVER, or UNDER verdict as soon as the pass is entered.
What It Exports
The app builds per-joint records, today's pass rollups, and project weld-map exports as PDF and CSV files on the device. Pro unlocks repeated exports, saved recipient routing, JSON backup, extra WPS presets, and multi-joint project records.
The Phone Does Not Measure The Arc
HeatBand DC is a field aid. You key readings from your clamp meter, machine display, temp stick, pyrometer, and WPS. The CWI, coupon, NDT lab, and project requirements remain the source of acceptance.
Privacy
Project records, WPS presets, joints, passes, material tags, recipient settings, and exports stay on the device unless the user shares an export. Read the app-specific HeatBand DC privacy policy.
Read the HeatBand DC terms of use for field-use limits, Pro purchase handling, no-warranty terms, and liability limits.

FAQ
Does it qualify a WPS? No. It records readings and computes heat input; the WPS, CWI, coupon, and NDT lab decide acceptance.
Does it work without signal? Yes. Records and exports are local. Purchase and restore require RevenueCat-backed Google Play.
What does Pro unlock? Repeated exports, project weld-map records, JSON backup, WPS presets, joint templates, welder stencils, and saved recipient routing.
What data leaves the device? Only the exports the user chooses to share through an Android share target.
